Is the Dashlane password manger a good option for OS X and IOS users?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
I use it and like it. It works very well for me. Another option is iCloud Keychain. I haven't used it myself because I need something that will work with Windows as well as OS X and iOS, but it is free and you may want to evaluate it: Frequently asked questions about iCloud Keychain - Apple Support
I appreciate these comments. For some reason I just can't quite get my head around the Keychain explanations. Since I'm all Apple, I guess I could try to get a better understanding of it.

I use 1Password on my various Macs and iPhone. It is not the cheapest, but I've been using it for a long time. Syncing is via iCloud or Dropbox. The syncing works very well for me. My password updates are almost immediately available on all my devices as soon as I change them. The iPhone uses finger print unlocking (unless you have just restarted the iPhone, then it takes the password the first time).

Plus 1 for BobHarris' recommendation of 1 Password. There was a trial version, which still may be available. If you monitor the App Store, it goes on sale once in awhile for about $20 less.
